Payments can be made by credit or debit cards.
Payments for deposits for holiday lettings can be made using debit or credit cards. If the booking is cancelled in excess of 12 weeks of the date of the holiday a full refund will be provided. If cancellation is within 12 weeks and 6 weeks of the holiday 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. Cancellation within 6 weeks of the holiday will result in loss of the payment.
Payments for deposits and rent for Assured Shorthand Tenancies can be made using a debit card only. Deposits will be held in accordance with our Tenant Deposit Scheme and will be refundable at the termination of the tenancy, subject to the terms of the Tenancy Agreement. Payments for rent will not be refundable.
Payments for Ground Rent, Insurance, Service Charges and Maintenance Charges can be made using a debit card. Payments, once made, will not be refundable.
