Services We Provide
Payments can be made by debit cards, bank transfer or cheque.
Payments for deposits and rent for Assured Shorthold Tenancies can be made using a debit card only.
Deposits will be held in accordance with our Tenant Deposit Scheme and will be refundable at the termination of the tenancy, subject to the terms of the Tenancy Agreement. Payments for rent will not be refundable.
Payments for Ground Rent, Insurance, Service Charges and Maintenance Charges can be made using a debit card. Payments, once made, will not be refundable.
