The period of the tenancy is 10 days, Friday 10th July until Monday 20th July 2021.The period could be extended if needed upon agreement of the home owner before signing the tenancy agreement.
The rent includes electricity and gas, council tax and insurance of the property, use of the furniture and other contents of the property including a reasonable supply of beds, linen, kitchenware and towels. Use of the telephone is dependent upon the landlord.
